2. What we collect

When you contact us — your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and whatever you write in the message.

When you become a client — billing details, the contact details of the people we work with, and access credentials you grant us to your own systems.

Automatically — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page. Analytics data is only collected if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and we do not collect special-category data.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

  • Replying to your enquiry — steps taken at your request before a contract
  • Delivering the services — performance of a contract
  • Invoicing and accounting records — legal obligation
  • Securing the site and preventing abuse — our legitimate interest in a working service

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Who else sees it

Only the processors we need: our hosting provider, our email provider, our accountant, and analytics if you accepted it. Each is bound to process data only on our instructions. Where data leaves your country we rely on the appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

  • Client records: for the engagement plus the period our tax law requires.

6. Your rights
